★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascio una stella perché zero non posso darne. Potreste (forse) risparmiare 20 euro con csa broker, dovreste mettere in conto però, a fine anno di rimetterne il doppio, per risolvere tutti danni recati dalla segretaria.
Il personale non solo è incapace ma oltretutto incompetente. Dopo aver avuto un incidente con un corriere dhl (il furgone è entrato con il paraurti anteriore nella mia portiera lato passeggero, uscendo da una strada in contromano) ho avuto la fortuna di ricevere il 100% del torto "perchè noi ti avevamo detto di non firmare la constatazione" (costatazione dove l'altra parte dichiarava di avere torto..) mah esperienza pessima, a loro basta ricevere i soldi al momento della stipula della polizza, il contraente poi, per qualsiasi problema dovrà chiamare da solo la propria compagnia assicurativa "loro hanno lo stesso numero verde del cliente, tanto vale che chiami da sè"
I leave a star because I cannot give zero. You could (perhaps) save 20 euros with csa broker, but you should take into account, at the end of the year, to pay back double it, to solve all the damages caused by the secretary.
The staff are not only incompetent but also incompetent.
