★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'ordinazione online. Ho ordinato personalmente tramite Appeteat per le 21:45, poco dopo ci arriva la conferma per la posticipazione alle 22:15, "vabeh pazienza, aspetteremo". Alle 22:10 ci chiamano da Appeteat dicendo che il ristorante non ha accettato l'ordinazione, in conclusione sabato sera senza cena e tutti i ristoranti sushi ormai chiusi. Prendo il telefono e cerco il numero del ristorante a quel punto non tanto per il cibo ma per una spiegazione. Trovo una persona squisita, il proprietario, che si scusa spiegandomi che il problema non è partito da loro ma dall'applicazione che ha accettato un ordine mai arrivato al ristorante, ovviamente questo implicava l'impossibilità di preparazione dell'ordine da parte del ristorante stesso. Morale della favola ci consegna personalmente il sushi a domicilio, scusandosi ancora e OFFRENDOCI quello che avevamo ordinato, aggiungendo anche altri crudi (ostriche e gamberi), CHAPEAU. La qualità era ottima, il pesce era freschissimo e noi che non avevamo mai ordinato lì, lo rifaremo senz'altro, stavolta, però, tramite il numero che ci hanno fornito.

At 10.10 pm they call us from Appeteat saying that the restaurant has not accepted the order, in conclusion Saturday night without dinner and all the sushi restaurants now closed. I pick up the phone and look for the restaurant number at that point not so much for food but for an explanation. I find an exquisite person, the owner, who apologizes by explaining that the problem did not start from them but from the application that accepted an order that never arrived at the restaurant, obviously this implied the impossibility of preparing the order by the restaurant itself . Moral of the story he personally delivers the sushi at home, apologizing again and OFFERING us what we had ordered, adding other raw foods (oysters and shrimps), CHAPEAU. The quality was excellent, the fish was very fresh and we who had never ordered there, we will certainly do it again, this time, however, through the number they provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parto con il dire che il sushi era molto buono e fresco, si sente che il pesce è di qualitá. Ci sono però alcune pecche migliorabili. Noi siamo andati per un aperitivo e siamo stati costretti a prendere una bottiglia intera di vino perchè non servono calici, inoltre con il vino ci sono stati portati due bicchieri di plastica, non il massimo. La salsa di soia viene servita in porzioni monodose da 5 ml, molto scomode da aprire, avremmo preferito un'altra modalitá. Anche il sushi viene servito in contenitori di plastica. Non so se queste pecche siano dovute alle restrizioni del covid o meno, magari si attrezzeranno. Tutto sommato se avete voglia di sushi non è male. Penso di tornare quando la pandemia sará finita e vedere se c'è o meno un miglioramento, comunque sushi piú che buono.

We went for an aperitif and we were forced to take a full bottle of wine because they do not need glasses, also with the wine we were brought two plastic glasses, not the best. The soy sauce is served in single-serving portions of 5 ml, very uncomfortable to open, we would have preferred another way. Sushi is also served in plastic containers. I don't know if these flaws are due to covid restrictions or not, maybe they will equip themselves. All in all if you are craving sushi it's not bad. I think I'll come back when the pandemic is over and see if there is an improvement or not, however sushi is more than good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia non è una vera e propria recensione in quanto non ci sono mai stato ed ero curioso di provare fino a quando leggendo le recensioni degli altri e vedendo le risposte del proprietario, ho notato che risponde sempre 'il pesce è freschissimo e arriva ogni mattina". Ora io so che il sushi si fa con il pesce RIGOROSAMENTE abbattuto e quindi non fresco, questo a causa di un pericolosissimo parassita. Ora non so se il proprietario intendesse dire che arriva ogni mattina alle 7, lo mettono nell'abbattitore per 4 ore e poi lo servono, oppure non lo abbattono proprio (che poi arriva da dove da Anzio ? Ci vuole almeno un ora di trasporto). Il mio non è un tentativo di diffamazione non avrei motivo evviva il made in Italy quando fatto come si deve e volevo pure provare, però questa cosa del pesce fresco mi ha allarmato. Non trovavo altro modo di porre la questione se non con questa recensione
