★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick bite on the way back to St Moritz. Tartar was ok but i found that bread was not enough, the meat could have been seasoned a little more as it had the salt on the side and missed it into de composition all together to my taste. Presentation was ok, but why flowers? Mixed feelings....
