★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbeatable atmosphere, popular with the locals. No music, because there's noise enough. The menu is restricted to meat, polenta, a kind of gnocchi, sausages, spare ribs and the like. Great stuff and tasty. Maybe they should be a bit less generous with the salt. Good wines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is wonderful and the restaurant is really cozy with great food. Nicely organized menu, you should really taste a bit of everything. Finally it is mandatory a visit to the Crotto itself, which is a natural chamber created by a landslide, where the temperature remains constant all year round and where the locals keep cured meats and cheeses you can taste and buy.
