La motivazione dovresti averla Tu ma se chi ti guida sa opportunamente incoraggiarti specie nei momenti in cui pensi di non farcela Allora capisci che sei nel luogo giusto. Grazie per tutto ciò che fate e per come Vi prendete cura anche di un vecchietto come me???
When you go to a gym you try to find experience, professionalism and above all motivation ..... here you will find everything in this gym. You should have the motivation but if those who guide you know how to properly encourage you especially in the moments when you think you can't do it Then you understand that you are in the right place. Thank you for everything you do and for how you take care of even an old man like me???
