★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo luogo dove praticare crossfit ambiente organizzato e igenizzato, alla fine del mio turno di allenamento impresa di pulizie pronta a pulire e igienizzare, aggiungo che ogni postazione di allenamento era provvisto di carta e liquido igienizzante a spruzzo per pulire tutto ciò che veniva toccato.
Personale attento e qualificato!
Excellent place to practice crossfit, an organized and sanitized environment, at the end of my training shift, a cleaning company ready to clean and sanitize, I add that each training station was equipped with paper and spray sanitizing liquid to clean everything that was touched.
Attentive and qualified staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly members and trainers. I am intermediate at strength conditioning but new to crossfit and was impressed by their attention to getting form and skills right before anything else. Even though I did not speak Italian they were nice enough to talk to me in English. WOD's are tough enough for most fit people but the friendly helpful atmosphere is what makes this place great. Will definitley come back next time I am in town. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean facility, great equipment, classes and open gym. But coaches are so different in style that no consistency is delivered. One coach was very precise, prepared, helpful and engaging but another one (on a different day) wasn't even explaining the movements nor checking the form. No social or community feeling what so ever but this seems to be common in the country. If you're coming from overseas, lower your expectations. They won't even ask your name.
