Ho provato bodytec ed e andata benissimo, mi è aumentata la forza con 20 minuti di EMS. Consiglio per chi non ha tempo, di provare Excellent gym, every month there is something new, and they are very attentive to customer needs. Il prezzo è nella norma anzi visto la posizione centrale pensavo di più .... io che sono pignola e anche un po’ rompi mi trovo benissimo ! The staff find it kind and helpful, the gym offers thousands of spaces for each activity, the changing rooms are functional and clean. The price is normal, in fact, given the central position, I thought more ... I, who are fussy and even a little bit of a nuisance, find myself very well!

Le temperature raggiunte sono abbondantemente sotto i 100 gradi , si , -100 -134 e via cosi’ . Ma quello che piu’ e’ stato straordinario nel provarlo, e’ l’esperienza e carica che ci ha trasmessi il proprietario Carlo Zucca. Gia’ , proprio l’esperienza di provare (nuova per noi) la #criosauna e’ stato bellissimo! Parlo di esperienza, perche’ non usi un macchinario e sei “buttato li’ a congelare” , ma insieme al #trainer che “manovra” la macchina, nei minuti di trattamento, ti spiega ti chiede e ti assiste . Ti fa fare movimenti all’interno della #criosauna , ti #spiega le sensazioni e ti porta gradatamente a temperature sottozero senza traumi. Parlo di esperienza perche’ sei seguito, non come su una banale “cyclette” su cui salire e pedalare, ma provi sensazioni differenti a temperature differenti , tutte estremamente sottozero, sempre in sicurezza ed assistito, mai invadente. Questa e’ pura Professionalita’ , Formazione e Cultura, da chi , con entusiasmo ti accoglie, ti spiega e ti fa Vivere come un’Esperienza la #criosauna . Sicuramente ci tornero’ , i benefici ed il rilassamento muscolare post-criosauna si sente ed e’ fantastico.... Ho anche adocchiato il BODYTEC , un allenamento muscolare con una “tuta particolare” #curiosita’ ... ne scrivero’ non appena l’avro’ provata! Ginnic Life Torino 10+ ! Cryotherapy is a treatment based on cold, dry cold from gaseous nitrogen done in a special #cryosauna. The temperatures reached are well below 100 degrees, yes, -100 -134 and so on. But what was most extraordinary in trying it, is the experience and strength that the owner Carlo Zucca gave us. Yeah, the experience of trying the #cryosauna (new for us) was wonderful! I'm talking about experience, because you don't use a machine and you're "thrown there to freeze", but together with the #trainer who "maneuvers" the machine, in the minutes of treatment, he explains, asks and assists you. It makes you make movements inside the #cryosauna, it explains the sensations to you # and gradually brings you to sub-zero temperatures without trauma. I speak of experience because you are followed, not like on a banal "stationary bike" on which to get on and ride, but you experience different sensations at different temperatures, all extremely below zero, always safe and assisted, never intrusive. This is pure Professionalism, Training and Culture, from those who enthusiastically welcome you, explain you and make you Live the #cryosauna as an Experience. I will definitely come back, the benefits and post-cryosauna muscle relaxation feels and is fantastic .... I also spotted the BODYTEC, a muscle workout with a "particular suit" #curiosity ...
