★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si dice “dove c’è crossfit c’è casa” e mia parola è più vera. Personale che ormai conosco bene che ti stimola a dare il massimo anche se sei a fine giornata lavorativa. Esercizi sempre diversi per stimolare ogni parte del tuo corpo e dare sempre la carica giusta. Il resto fa da se. Crossfit è una grande community dove chiunque, dal neofita al pro lavora insieme, per migliorarsi e sostenersi dove personalmente ho anche stretto nuove amicizie che vanno al di fuori del box.
Consiglio vivamente se cercate uno sport dove potete allenarvi, mettervi in competizione e per trovare la forma perduta. ??
They say "where there is crossfit there is home" and my word is truer. Staff that I know well by now that stimulates you to give your best even if you are at the end of the working day. Always different exercises to stimulate every part of your body and always give the right charge. The rest does it by itself. Crossfit is a great community where everyone, from the neophyte to the pro works together, to improve and support each other where personally I have also made new friends that go outside the box.
I highly recommend if you are looking for a sport where you can train, compete and find lost form. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che cosa dire di un coach che ama quello che fa... estremamente attento a uni persona, lavora nel rispetto totale di chi ha davanti. Non importa l'età o livello di fitness lui ci fa lavorare bene e soprattutto ci motiva per essere sempre più allenato e conseguentemente in salute. Per me un super coach. CrossFit Scarab ha anche le credenziali e si aggiornano sempre... quindi ti fidi anche per questa professionalità. Grazie
