★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una garanzia! Gli istruttori ti seguono e aiutano molto nell’esecuzione consigliandoti anche carico ed eventuali scaled se all’aumentare del peso vedono peggiorare la tecnica. Il programma di allenamento nel tempo è ben strutturato. Consiglitissimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo trovati di passaggio ed abbiamo approfittato dell’occasione per fare una classe e vivere l’esperienza nel “tempio del crossfit”. Attrezzatura e location al top, per quanto riguarda il vissuto non posso dare 5 stelle. Mi tocca sconsigliarlo a chi già di crossfit ne mastica, purtroppo oltre al benvenuto nulla di più, nessun consiglio sull’esecuzione del workout se non il normale parlato che si tiene nello svolgersi durante la sessione di allenamento in un qualsiasi box di crossfit. Doveroso sottolineare che nella giornata in cui abbiamo partecipato il WOD aveva ben poco di tecnico. Finita la classe Staff frettoloso nel cambiarsi per allenarsi tra di loro, un saluto un parere ascoltare gente che viene da altri box anche per pochi secondi è sempre segno di cordialità e buon senso, ok, non siamo atleti ai massimi livelli e probabilmente questo box non ha bisogno di farsi pubblicità, ma siamo sempre persone con la vostra stessa passione. Oltretutto il drop-in non è economico, ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più. Spero che la mia critica non venga presa negativamente, si tratta di un semplice parere di un’appassionato del settore.
