★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato da poco Crossfit e questo è sicuramente uno tra i box più belli di Roma. Per i neofiti è obbligatorio un percorso di 6 lezioni prima dell'accesso in sala con gli altri atleti. In questo percorso vengono spiegati tutti i movimenti del Crossfit e devo dire che è stato molto utile.
Istruttori qualificati, attrezzature al top, ambiente sempre pulito e sanificato.
Vi consiglio di non dare peso alle recensioni da 1 stella, secondo me fasulle, e di fare una visita al Crossfit Parioli.
I recently started Crossfit and this is certainly one of the most beautiful boxes in Rome. For beginners, a course of 6 lessons is mandatory before entering the hall with the other athletes. In this path all the movements of Crossfit are explained and I must say that it was very useful.
Qualified instructors, top equipment, always clean and sanitized environment.
I advise you not to give weight to the 1 star reviews, in my opinion bogus, and to pay a visit to the Crossfit Parioli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra un po' fatiscente, soprattutto l esterno dove c è la pavimentazione gommata per gli allenamenti, il gestore ci parcheggia la sua macchina; bagno delle donne perennemente rotto, molto disordinata a causa delle cattive abitudini sia di qualche coach che atleta.
Borse, bevande, cinture, telefonini ecc. lasciati sempre davanti e sopra gli attrezzi da utilizzare, tutto ingombrante, zero disciplina. Poca pulizia, attrezzatura vecchia e piastre che si rompono di continuo, unica cosa positiva il parcheggio ampio.
A somewhat dilapidated gym, especially the outside where there is rubberized flooring for training, the manager parks his car there; women's bathroom perpetually broken, very messy due to bad habits of both coaches and athletes.
Bags, drinks, belts, mobile phones etc. always left in front of and above the tools to be used, all cumbersome, zero discipline. Little cleaning, old equipment and plates that break constantly, the only positive thing is the large parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was fortunate enough to be able to train at Crossfit Parioli for a month while I was in Rome. The owner as well as all the coaches were outstandingly friendly and welcoming of me to their box. I am very thankful for the experience I had at Parioli, the programming was great and the coaches were exceptional. When needed I was explained the WOD in English, which was not necessary of the coach at all. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable here. 5 stars all the way, and thank you so much for the experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crossfit Parioli is a great box in Rome, probably the biggest. Atmosphere is super friendly, classes are so enjoyable that coming back is always a pleasure. If anything the scheduling mid to long term could be done better to forster a better athletic growth.
