I coaches sono preparati, gentili e sempre disponibili fin da subito mi sono sentita a casa. Ho avuto modo di conoscere tante belle persone e di imparare e di crescere molto in questo sport. Lo consiglio per la preparazione, l'ambiente positivo e perché ci si diverte in gruppo ma ci si allena intensamente. Lo spogliatoio è molto ampio con ogni servizio (appendiabiti, spazio doccia ampio, lavandini, phon, struccante, bagno con i servizi ).
Since I moved to Milan it has become my point of reference, a well-organized box with all the various equipment. The coaches are prepared, kind and always available right away I felt at home. I got to know so many beautiful people and to learn and grow a lot in this sport. I recommend it for preparation, the positive environment and because you have fun in a group but you train intensely. The dressing room is very large with every service (clothes hanger, ample shower space, sinks, hair dryer, make-up remover, bathroom with services).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che il crossfit non è la mia passione sportiva, la scuola è talmente bella e gli istruttori tanto simpatici e preparati, che invogliano. L'allenamento è duro, ma intelligente. Tutto sempre perfettamente pulito. Belli e grandi gli spogliatoi. Se volete mettervi alla prova, secondo me è il posto giusto (e anche comodo da raggiungere con la metro). Fanno anche corsi di yoga. Prezzi onestissimi. Bravi!
Given that crossfit is not my sporting passion, the school is so beautiful and the instructors so nice and well prepared, that they entice. The training is tough, but smart. Everything always perfectly clean. The changing rooms are beautiful and large. If you want to test yourself, in my opinion it is the right place (and also convenient to reach by metro). They also do yoga classes. Very honest prices. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Box grande e spazioso, accoglie classi anche molto numerose senza particolari difficoltà. Gli istruttori sono davvero preparati e attenti, e danno possibilità di allenarsi bene sia a chi si avvicina al Crossfit da poco, sia a chi già lo pratica. Non trovo al momento alcun difetto (forse solo un arricchimento dei ket). Consiglierei a chiunque di andarci.
A large and spacious box, it also houses very numerous classes without particular difficulties. The instructors are really prepared and attentive, and give the opportunity to train well both those who approach the Crossfit recently, and those who already practice it. I do not find any defects at the moment (maybe just an enrichment of the ket). I would recommend anyone to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a really nice box to drop in during your stay in Milan. People are really nice, they can welcome an English speaker properly and they can explain the workout with no problem. It is fully equipped, with nice atmosphere and it adopts 100% the CrossFit mentality. Grazie ragazzi!
