★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unico vero box di Crossfit nel quartiere. Ben attrezzato e spazioso. Il clima è giovane e piacevole, con tanta voglia di imparare e migliorarsi. Ha tutto quello che basta per fare felice un crossfitter non troppo pretenzioso.
The only real Crossfit garage in the neighborhood. Well equipped and spacious. The climate is young and pleasant, with a great desire to learn and improve. He has everything he needs to make a not too pretentious crossfitter happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a probar y justo tocó un murph. Lo hice en buen tiempo y cuando llegué el coach me miro y me dijo : “seguro contaste bien”? … como desconfiando de mi rendimiento!
El coaching del dueño me pareció de baja calidad, sin interés , me corregía cosas sin sentido. Durante el wod me quiso cobrar el magnesio, absurdo !
Ambiente hostil.
I went to test and he just played a murph. I did it in good time and when I arrived the coach looked at me and said: "You sure did count well"? ... as suspicious of my performance!
The owner's coaching seemed low quality, uninteresting, he corrected nonsensical things for me. During the wod he wanted to charge me the magnesium, absurd!
Hostile environment.
