I risultati sono garantiti da perseveranza e impegno, fatica e giusta alimentazione. Dajeeeee!
Crossfit La Spezia ... The place I can't do without since I met him .. now 3 years ago. Experience and professionalism, but above all the passion of the coaches and of us little crossfitters who train together every day in a splendid harmony and always with a smile :)

Per chi dovesse leggere questa recensione sappiate che il crossfit non ha niente a che vedere con la solita palestra, qui non vedrai specchi per guardare i tuoi muscoli, qui troverai istruttori che guarderanno i tuoi movimenti e ti correggeranno se non saranno corretti......
For the moment I only attended for a month ..... but I found very prepared and helpful instructors. For those who read this review, know that crossfit has nothing to do with the usual gym, here you will not see mirrors to look at your muscles, here you will find instructors who will watch your movements and correct you if they are not correct .... ..
