Professionali, attenti alle esigenze della clientela, cordiali, disponibili.. già dal primo giorno riescono a farti sentire parte di una grande famiglia! Lo consiglio vivamente 5 stars to the structure, large, clean, with new equipment and ample parking .. but to the instructors if it were possible I would give even more! Professional, attentive to customer needs, friendly, available .. from the first day they manage to make you feel part of a big family! I highly recommend it

The coaching staff, equipment and programming will definitely guarantee a kickass workout every day! Unfortunately, I just left Naples, but I’m planning on dropping in every chance I get when I come visit! ?? A true CrossFit box! Excellent structure and easily accessible with ample parking. Le prime lezioni introduttive sono state fondamentali poiché vengono spiegati tutti i principali movimenti per poi frequentare le classi al meglio, questo assieme alla costante attenzione ed ai consigli durante gli allenamenti sottolinea la disponibilità continua e professionale del personale. La palestra offre inoltre una scelta molto ampia di orari per le classi, in modo da poter conciliare l’allenamento con gli impegni giornalieri. Excellent gym. Facilmente raggiungibile. Ambiente sereno e amichevole ma sopratutto ci si sente subito a casa e a proprio agio. beautiful box with ample space and complete with all the equipment you need for this sport. high-level professional coach and always available. Easily accessible. Serene environment and friendly but mostly you feel immediately at home and at ease.

Despite the small language barrier, they worked so hard to get us comfortable in their gym. The equipment is clean and new, plenty of room for lifts, pull-ups and rope climbing. Plus the parking lot is wide open for sled pushing. The location is great because it’s center to my house and work. Definitely recommend dropping in here or making it a permanent gym!
