Coach professionali, competenti. Ti trasmettono voglia di fare, sicurezza e decisione. Mai magri di consigli e belle parole. Box neat and clean, heated in winter and with air conditioning for summer. The changing rooms are excellent, where hot water in the showers is never lacking. Professional, competent coaches. They convey a desire to do things, confidence and decision. Never lacking in advice and nice words.

E tutte le volte sono felice della sua "distruzione costruttiva"?? quindi: venite al box.. corpo e mente vi ringrazieranno I have never practiced sports in my life and I have a truly "vintage" age ? but Stefano made me overcome limits that were unthinkable for me, before starting ... And every time I am happy with his "constructive destruction" ?? so: come at the box .. body and mind will thank you
