★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone poco affidabili, anche ieri sera per l'ennesima volta hanno riportato mia mamma in istituto alle 20, considerando che aveva finito la dialisi alle 17.30......in più maleducati, non l'hanno salutata perché offesi del fatto che io abbia chiamato per il loro ritardo.....se fosse per me gli farei togliere l'appalto.
Unreliable people, even last night for the umpteenth time they brought my mother back to the institution at 20, considering that she had finished dialysis at 17.30 ... more rude, they did not greet her because they were offended by the fact that I called for their delay ..... if it were up to me I would make them withdraw the contract.
