★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio al cliente proprio arroganti e scortesi, mi sono imbattuto percaso quando un corriere gli ha portato del materiale su bancale il quale poverino glielo ha portato fino a dove il servizio era compreso. L'impiegato del negozio pretendeva con arroganza un servizio non incluso nella consegna. Ho sentito varie offese personali rivolte al Corriere e sono rimasto davvero basito su come uno si possa permettere di offendere in quel modo. Assolutamente non mi vedranno mai più. Se fossi nei panni di quel poveretto che ha fatto solo il suo lavoro denuncerei quel impiegato.
Bad customer service just arrogant and rude, I came across percaso when a courier brought him some material on a pallet which poor thing brought it to him up to where the service was included. The shop clerk arrogantly demanded a service not included in the delivery. I have heard various personal offenses addressed to the Courier and I was really thrilled at how one can afford to offend in that way. They will absolutely never see me again. If I were in the shoes of that poor fellow who only did his job I would sue that employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oggi mentre aspettavo di entrare in negozio per acquisti ho assistito al diverbio tra il responsabile (presumo) ed un corriere che si rifiutava in modo arrogante e maleducato alle disposizioni di consegna del responsabile. Mai avrei pensato che in casa altrui una persona potesse essere così maleducata. In croce azzurra ho sempre avuto disponibilità, cortesia e gentilezza.
today while I was waiting to go into the shop for purchases I witnessed the quarrel between the manager (I presume) and a courier who refused in an arrogant and rude way to the delivery instructions of the manager. I never thought that in someone else's house a person could be so rude. In the blue cross I have always had availability, courtesy and kindness.
