★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due mesi fa anche noi abbiamo preso in questo negozio un gattino di due mesi, con tanto di microcip e libretto. Abbiamo scoperto da poco che era malato SIN DALLA NASCITA ed oltretutto era una malattia infettiva.
Probabilmente ha infettato altri gattini. Inutile dire la delusione e situazione che stiamo vivendo in questo momento, sia noi che le nostre due bambine visto che il nostro gattino due giorni fa l'abbiamo dovuto portare dal veterinario perchè stava molto male, deperito e ormai in fin di vita. Lascio immaginare al proprietario del negozio il momento in cui abbiamo dovuto dirgli addio prima di fargli fare l iniezione per non soffrire più.

He probably infected other kittens. Needless to say, the disappointment and situation we are experiencing right now, both us and our two girls since our kitten two days ago we had to take him to the vet because he was very sick, wasted and now dying. I leave the shop owner to imagine the moment we had to say goodbye before giving him the injection to stop suffering.

Mirko e suo padre si sono rivelati subito persone molto competenti, disponibili nel darmi informazioni con un approccio semplice che però trasudava il loro sincero interesse per il benessere degli animali. Mirko mi ha, inoltre, messo in contatto con una veterinaria e un negozio di Tolettatura di fiducia e ogni volta che sono andata in negozio ha condiviso di buon grado i mie problemi, risolvendomeli con consigli preziosi, il tutto sempre con un approccio semplice ed empatico che confermato la fiducia trasmessa fin dal primo momento.
I bought a beautiful bichon Maltese about 4 months old. Mirko and his father immediately turned out to be very competent people, willing to give me information with a simple approach that however exuded their sincere interest in animal welfare. Mirko also put me in contact with a veterinary and a trusted Grooming shop and every time I went to the shop she willingly shared my problems, solving them with valuable advice, all always with a simple and empathetic approach. which confirmed the confidence transmitted from the first moment.
