Entrando con mio marito, chi si trovava in servizio dormiva e non si svegliava . Alla fine siamo andati al Salesi, ma se era un caso grave noi cittadini di Sirolo a chi ci affidiamo ? L	Luca Batazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il fatto che ci sia un presidio medico così imponente e sempre aperto, è una cosa lodevole per la provincia e la Regione Marche. Il fatto che purtroppo, nelle ore serali e notturne, ci siano medici tirocinanti, giovanissimi e con esperienza e competenza vicino allo zero è un problema serio, in quanto devono saper gestire problemi di salute che possono diventare più gravi se non correttamente diagnosticati. Come nel caso mio che una semplice otite è degenerata fino a diventare perforante ! The fact that there is such an imposing and always open medical facility is a commendable thing for the province and the Marche Region. The fact that unfortunately, in the evening and at night, there are trainee doctors, very young and with experience and expertise close to zero is a serious problem, as they must be able to manage health problems that can become more serious if not correctly diagnosed. As in my case that a simple otitis has degenerated to become piercing!

Quello che molti non sanno è che il fatto che ci sia una sede di una croce qualsiasi non garantisce sempre la presenza di personale iperqualificato o sveglio a tutte le ore. Esistono delle turnazioni che vanno rispettate quindi se qualcuno sta male deve chiamare il 118/112. Se la sede di Sirolo o qualsiasi altra non è di turno non è autorizzata a partire in emergenza in ambulanza!!! Quello che molti non sanno, inoltre, è che la maggior parte sono volontari (che scarseggiano sempre) e quindi è più che plausibile che ci siano tirocinanti o in fase di formazione. Chiederei a tutti di informarsi un po' di più prima di criticare il volontariato, visto che gratuitamente a tutte le ore (se in servizio) sono pronti a partire per aiutare chi ha bisogno. Ho richiesto un trasporto a pagamento da casa ad un ospedale, e ritorno, per mia madre invalida che si è dovuta sottoporre ad un piccolo intervento ambulatoriale. Si sono presentati con un mezzo per nulla idoneo a tale scopo. A mia madre hanno addirittura provocato un ematoma in testa con l'impugnatuta della sedia da trasporto. Non sono tornati a prenderci dall'ospedale dopo un intervento durato poche decine di minuti, dopaspettato più di un'oraabbiamo dovuto chiamare un taxi, con tutto i problemi conseguiti dal trasporto di una persona invalida. Da denuncia! Bad service. Rude and bossy staff. I requested a paid transport from home to a hospital, and back, for my disabled mother who had to undergo a small outpatient surgery. They presented themselves with a means that was not at all suitable for this purpose. They even gave my mother a bruise on the head with the handle of the transport chair. They did not come back to pick us up from the hospital after an operation that lasted a few tens of minutes, after waiting more than an hour we had to call a taxi, with all the problems resulting from the transport of a disabled person. From complaint!

A	Aaron Gnaga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with my son suffering from a very mild sun stroke (fever, tiredness) the doctor and assistants were all incredibly kind, efficient and knew how to visit a 3 year old with patience and kindness. They reassured me and my wife that he was fine after visiting him and checking nothing serious was amiss. They made a rough start to my holiday just that little bit better and I thank them for it.
