Ho chiesto all'ex proprietario che mi aveva venduto la microcar se poteva consigliarmi un officina dove riparavano questo tipo di vetture e mi consiglia questa, poiché anche lui quando aveva avuto bisogno l'aveva portata lì. Premetto che abbiamo spiegato il problema e il tipo di vettura al telefono, ci hanno detto di portarla dopo 4 giorni. Quindi ci avventuriamo fino all'officina, con la microcar che ovviamente aveva dei problemi al motore. All'arrivo almeno 4 persone che ci guardano con totale indifferenza e nemmeno un saluto, aspettiamo educati fino a che qualcuno ci rivolge parola. Spieghiamo la situazione, ci dice ok che ci chiameranno per farci sapere problema e prezzo, ma ci vuole pazienza, riconoscono l'auto e sanno anche il nome dell'ex proprietario dell'auto. Dopo 2 giorni ci telefonano per dirci che loro non si intendono di microcar, quindi di andare a riprenderci l'auto. Torniamo a prendere l'auto perplessi perché potevano tranquillamente dirlo al telefono quando abbiamo chiamato la settimana prima, comunque non diciamo nulla e torniamo a riprendere la vettura. Pensavamo tipo almeno ad una frase di circostanza per il tempo che ci hanno fatto perdere. Invece nessuno ci saluta di nuovo al nostro arrivo come se fossimo trasparenti, fino a che proviamo a chiedere alla segretaria che ci dà le chiavi neanche ci saluta, e quindi andiamo via... Io una cosa del genere non l'avevo mai vista. RUDE AND APPROXIMATE. NEVER AGAIN'!!! I brought my children's Microcar and such rudeness had never happened to me. We explain the situation, it tells us ok that they will call us to let us know problem and price, but it takes patience, they recognize the car and they also know the name of the former car owner. After 2 days they call us to tell us that they don't understand microcar, so to go and get the car back. We return to take the car perplexed because they could easily say it on the phone when we called the week before, however we do not say anything and return to resume the car. We were thinking at least of a sentence of circumstance for the time that made us lose. Instead nobody greets us again on our arrival as if we were transparent, until we try to ask the secretary who gives us the keys not even greets us, and then we go away ... I had never seen such a thing.

Non mi sono trovata bene, tempi di riparazione non rispettati e costi elevati: in due casi ho addirittura trovato voci doppie e/o inspiegabili nella fattura. Ho lasciato correre. Di recente li ho chiamati perché l'auto non si accendeva. Si sono dichiarati disponibili e mi hanno dato un appuntamento (l'auto si trovava a 5 km dalla loro officina). Ho lasciato dati e recapito telefonico. Ho atteso l'intero pomeriggio accanto alla macchina, ho richiamato per sollecitare 3 volte. Mi è stato sempre risposto che confermavano l'intervento e mi avrebbero contattato in ogni caso. Sto ancora aspettando. Mai più. Negligent and Careless. Withdrawn! I have used this workshop on a few occasions in the past. I did not feel well, repair times not respected and high costs: in two cases I even found double and / or inexplicable items in the invoice. I let it go. I recently called them because the car didn't start. They declared themselves available and gave me an appointment (the car was 5 km from their workshop). I left my data and phone number. I waited the whole afternoon by the car, called back to solicit 3 times. I was always told that they confirmed the intervention and would contact me in any case. I'm still waiting. Never again.
