Serena their consultant followed us from day one with professionalism and advice that proved to be super precious and spot on. Ho poi preso appuntamente per effettuare l'acquisto. Appuntamento alle ore 11.30, mi hanno ricevuta alle 12.10 dopo miei solleciti. Nei 40 minuti di attesa non si è mai presentato nessuno a chiedermi di cosa avessi bisogno. Quando finalmente l'arredatore con cui avevo appuntamento, il signor Fabrizio, mi ha accolto, ho subito notato la sua assenza di professionalità. Non una scusa per il ritardo, non trovava nemmeno la mia pratica (pur avendo l'appuntamento) e, ciliegina sulla torta, aveva sbagliato il preventivo di ben 400 euro più caro (su una cifra di 2350 euro circa) rispetto a quello inviatomi precedentemente per email. Neanche una scusa per l'errore. I contacted the shop as an old customer for a possible purchase and got a quote by email sent to me months ago. I then made an appointment to make the purchase. Appointment at 11.30, they received me at 12.10 after my reminders. In the 40 minutes of waiting, no one ever showed up to ask me what I needed. When at last the interior designer I had an appointment with, Mr. Fabrizio, welcomed me, I immediately noticed his lack of professionalism. Not an excuse for the delay, he couldn't even find my file (despite having the appointment) and, icing on the cake, he had the wrong estimate of 400 euros more expensive (out of a figure of 2350 euros) than the one sent to me previously by email. Not even an apology for the mistake.

Molto organizzati nel trasporto e montaggio, fanno molta attenzione a non rovinare nulla nell’ambiente in cui lavorano.
