Ritorno a Roma con ottimi gnocchetti, pappardelle, crostate con visciole e la domenica anche con pane fresco appena sfornato. La titolare e il suo staff che l'assiste sono gentili, educati e sempre sorridenti. Ultimamente ho anche acquistato dei sughi pronti realizzati da lei che abbinati alla pasta fatta in casa si sono rivelati a dir poco eccezionali (consiglio le pappardelle al sugo di cinghiale). Tanti prodotti tipici locali ma in particolare l'accoglienza e la simpatia che caratterizza l'attività.
Cristina is a solid point of reference in my raids in the area. Return to Rome with excellent dumplings, pappardelle, tart with sour cherries and on Sundays also with freshly baked bread. The owner and her assisting staff are kind, polite and always smiling. Lately I also bought some ready-made sauces made by her which, combined with the homemade pasta, proved to be nothing short of exceptional (I recommend the pappardelle with wild boar sauce). Many typical local products but in particular the welcome and friendliness that characterizes the activity.
