La scelta è ampia e il personale assiste il cliente con cortesia e professionalità, ma senza essere invadente. I capi sono belli e non banali e, al netto delle taglie disponibili, sono stati fatti degli acquisti di sicura soddisfazione.
I accompanied my wife in shopping at this store during a visit to the Valdichiana outlet. The choice is wide and the staff assists the customer with courtesy and professionalism, but without being intrusive. The garments are beautiful and non-trivial and, net of the available sizes, certain satisfying purchases have been made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ricordo il nome della ragazza che mi ha servito, è stata di una gentilezza disarmante. Ho comprato una stola (da regalare) e fino a quando non mi ha vista convinta mi ha seguita e consigliata con gentilezza e sorrisi. La morale ....alla fine lei era più contenta di me perché era riuscita ad accontentarmi!!!
Ci tornerò senz'altro!!!
Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the girl who served me, she was a disarming kindness. I bought a stole (to give as a gift) and until she saw me convinced she followed me and advised me with kindness and smiles. The moral .... in the end she was happier than me because she was able to satisfy me !!!
I will definitely be back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last day I was on my way in a trip to Capri. I really want to do shopping before my visit to the island. Some italian friends told me about this big place with a lot of stores. I went to this store, Cristina Gavioli, and I had a great experience. The store assistant, Andrea, was most helpful in helping me pick the most suitable clothes, not to mention being patient and courteous. She was very friendly, she helped me and gave me answers to all my questions. I was very astonished about the perfect english fluency of this young girl, I was amazed !
