Cristina non è una semplice parrucchiera, ma una consulente di bellezza. È davvero brava! E veramente in gamba è tutto il suo staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribile! Ho fatto la procedura di trattamento lisciante alla cheratina in questo salone! Peggior esperienza della mia vita! La parrucchiera è stata crudele durante la procedura, mi ha tirato i capelli così tanto che mi uscivano le lacrime..mi ha trattata come un cane, ho avuto mal di testa tutto il giorno, ma non è tutto!! Durante la procedura ho sentito l'odore bruciato di cheratina e mi sono accorta che qualcosa non andava, ho chiesto più volte alla parrucchiera se andasse tutto bene e lei ha risposto di sì. Alla fine si è scoperto che i miei capelli erano bruciati con la CHERATINA!!! E si sono ingialliti! Quando ho iniziato a chiedere al parrucchiere il motivo, ha iniziato a mentire dicendo che era una reazione al fatto che avessi i capelli tinti, ma io avevo i capelli naturali!! E poi ovviamente mi hanno fatto pagare l’intera cifra... a questo salone dovrebbe essere vietato lavorare con le persone!
Terrible! I did the keratin straightening treatment procedure in this salon! Worst experience of my life! The hairdresser was cruel during the procedure, she pulled my hair so much that tears came out… she treated me like a dog, I had a headache all day, but that's not all !! During the procedure I smelled the burnt smell of keratin and realized that something was wrong, I asked the hairdresser several times if everything was okay and she said yes. Eventually it turned out that my hair was burnt with KERATIN !!! And they turned yellow! When I started asking the hairdresser why, he started lying saying it was a reaction to my having dyed hair, but I had natural hair !! And then of course they made me pay the full amount ... this salon should be banned from working with people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto il trattamento lisciante alla cheratina. Mi sono trovata davvero bene. La ragazza super disponibile e davvero brava. Non è la prima volta che svolgo questo trattamento qui. Ho i capelli ricci crespi e il trattamento mi rende i capelli lisci e luminosi. Non ho bisogno nemmeno di piastrarli e mi dura per 6/7 mesi, tempo della ricrescita dei miei capelli naturali. Ve lo consiglio!
I had the keratin straightening treatment. I really enjoyed it. The super helpful and really good girl. This is not the first time I have done this treatment here. I have kinky curly hair and the treatment makes my hair smooth and shiny. I don't even need to straighten them and it lasts for 6/7 months, time for my natural hair to regrow. I recommend it!
