★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato con groupon un pacchetto di tre tagli a settembre con scadenza febbraio ma alla fine sono riuscito a tagliarli una sola volta...appena acquistato chiamai diverse volte ma per assenza di personale mi dicevano di richiamare la settimana successiva e questo per tutto il periodo di settembre/ottobre ...durante le festività natalizie mi dissero che il pacchetto groupon non era valido (cosa peraltro errata a quanto riportato sul sito groupon) ma se volevo potevo tagliare a prezzo pieno ...altre volte ho chiamato e mi hanno dato disponibilità in orari poco flessibili e improponibili...un’altra volta ho fatto ritardo di 20 minuti e non mi hanno tagliato i capelli.....certo che se hanno utilizzato groupon per accaparrarsi nuovi clienti allora devono cambiare atteggiamento ed essere più professionali ....così i clienti scappano...!!
I purchased a package of three cuts with groupon in September expiring in February but in the end I managed to cut them only once ... just purchased I called several times but due to the absence of staff they told me to call back the following week and this for the whole period of September / October ... during the Christmas holidays they told me that the groupon package was not valid (which was also incorrect as reported on the groupon website) but if I wanted I could cut it at full price ... other times I called and they gave me availability in inflexible and impractical times ... another time I delayed 20 minutes and they didn't cut my hair ..... of course if they used groupon to get new customers then they have to change their attitude and be more professional .... so customers run away ... !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno tagliato veramente male i capelli. Nonostante avessi chiesto i capelli in una determinata maniera senza accorciarli li hanno tagliati comunque.
Gli strumenti utilizzati non so per quale motivo, magari per colpa della loro vecchiaia o magari è solo colpa dei miei capelli, facevano malissimo: le forbici, la macchinetta per tagliare e le forbici per sfoltire.
My hair was really badly cut. Although I asked for hair in a certain way without shortening it, they cut it anyway.
The instruments used do not know why, perhaps because of their old age or maybe it's just my hair, they did terribly: the scissors, the cutting machine and the scissors to thin out.
