Prezzi altisonanti e paste congelate ed alcune bruciate .barista stressata e sola a gestire le colazioni in cui la sola cosa che gli riesce bene è di bastonare sui prezzi Place from vomiting. C	Christopher Surdo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una torta per il mio compleanno, con la richiesta di fare la torta massimo di 2,5Kg e la copertura sopra di pasta di mandorla; ho lasciato il mio numero di cellulare chiedendo cortesemente di avvisare se ci fossero problemi o per qualsiasi esigenza. Al ritiro della torta, la signora mi comunica che c’è un problema… e già non è stata una bella notizia. La signora mi dice che purtroppo non è stato possibile fare la copertura sopra con la pasta di mandarla e che per rimediare hanno comperto con la panna. Purtroppo io e altri familiari presenti al compleanno, siamo intolleranti/allergici al lattosio quindi non abbiamo potuto mangiare la torta. Dopo aver fatto discussione per la rabbia, la signora pesa la torta e bilancia mostra 4,7 kg, quindi con ben 2,2kg in più di differenza rispetto ai 2,5kg richiesti. E per finire in bellezza? Il nome sulla torta sbagliato… Christofer al posto di Christopher… nonostante fossero scritti tutti su un pezzo di carta tutte le indicazioni nella fase di prenotazione. Per correttezza avrebbero dovuto non farmi pagare la torta, ma sfortunatamente mi son dovuto trovare a pagare 55€ per avere un qualcosa che non si può definire torta… ovviamente compleanno rovinato… esperienza super negativa… non metterò più piede in questa pasticceria e la SCONSIGLIO altamente! Unfortunately I and other family members present at the birthday, we are lactose intolerant / allergic so we could not eat the cake. After arguing out of anger, the lady weighs the cake and scales show 4.7 kg, so with 2.2 kg more than the required 2.5 kg. And to finish with a flourish? The wrong name on the cake ... Christofer instead of Christopher ... despite all the information in the booking phase were written on a piece of paper. To be fair they should not have charged me for the cake, but unfortunately I had to pay 55 € to have something that cannot be defined as cake ... obviously ruined birthday ... super negative experience ... I will not set foot in this pastry shop again and I highly NOT RECOMMEND it. !
