★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesa di San Sepolcro is located in the piazza with the same name and what I found interesting was that there was quite some movement in front of it, as opposed to other churches in Cagliari that seemed to be so quiet. Groups of youngsters or older people seemed to pop in and out of the church as if it was the centre of some activities.
Inside, the church had three 'plans' of interest and 3 altars, so it was easy to relax for 10 minutes and pray that no one is going to disturb me. No fee being charged at the entrance, but again with the exception of the Museo Archeologico Nazionale, no one else charges anything in Cagliari. Visit away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite interesting historical spot. Underground church of XI century built on the remains of ancient Roman Forum of IV century. Roman pavement stones on the floor and old fresco - quite impressive. Still a lot of constructions on site and the place is obviously overpriced with 7 Euro per admission. Note unusual opening hours from 15 till 22.
