Bisogna misurare le parole che si dicono con il contagocce, onde evitare di ricevere risposte scostanti ed estremamente fastidiose. Quando è possibile, cerco di mettermi in contatto direttamente con la dott.ssa per non avere contatti con le segretarie. Ps: piccolo aneddoto avvenuto a inizio 2019. Ho avuto un’irritazione alle mani, piccole macchie rosse che prudevano. A causa dei miei turni di lavoro sballati e delle lunghe attese per avere un appuntamento con la dott.ssa (anche di mesi!) ho deciso di recarmi il sabato mattina, giornata dedicata alle emergenze o alle visite senza appuntamento. In sala di attesa, una delle segretarie mi chiede quale fosse il motivo per cui ero lì e io le ho spiegato la situazione, mostrando le mani. La risposta è stata: “io non vedo macchie così evidenti sulle mani! Disperata perché ho urgente bisogno di prenotare degli esami, le ho scritto un sms a cui non ho ricevuto risposta. Mail inesistente. Tale poca professionalità mi lascia senza parole, sto già cambiando medico e spero che vengano presi provvedimenti nei confronti di "professionisti" del genere. Dopo anni di tentate e vane soluzioni a problemi di salute divenuti nel tempo invalidanti e croniche, dietro consiglio di un’amica che aveva fatto curare il figlio con disturbi di autismo ( risolti!!!!!), ho deciso di contattarla. Una cura mirata ha risolto PER SEMPRE quel problema cui non se veniva a capo. Da allora mi rivolgo in totale fiducia alla dott. Ssa Angela Crippa e sempre- dico SEMPRE- le cure suggerite hanno portato alla soluzione dei disturbi di vario genere. Da oltre 10 anni mi rivolgo a lei e non posso che esserle grata! For over 10 years I have been turning to her and I can only be grateful! For me it is absolutely the only real point of reference for health.
