E	Ell Ppp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattati bene fino al saldo del conto, fin quando ci siamo resi conto di essere stati presi in giro pagando il prezzo di un 4* ma la struttura era da 2, forse. Di fronte al ns reclamo ci è stato anche detto esser nostra responsabilità perché abbiamo prenotato noi.. certo che abbiamo prenotato noi ma in base a quanto detto in agenzia e alle foto mostrate. Si può sbagliare e basterebbe chiedere scusa offrendo qualche altro servizio al cliente, non avere un comportamento presuntuoso e lamentarsi che facciamo anche perdere tempo. Per fortuna procedendo per via legale abbiamo avuto ragione. Non consiglio neanche al peggior nemico recarsi in quel posto apparentemente accogliente; forse solo x gli amici.. Treat yourself to the account balance, until we realized that they had been cheated paying the price for a 4 * but the structure was 2, maybe. In front of our complaint we were also said to be our responsibility because we got ourselves .. sure we got ourselves but according to what was said in the agency and the pictures shown. You can be wrong and it would be enough to apologize by offering some other service to the customer, not having a presumptuous behavior and complaining that we also waste time. Fortunately proceeding through the courts have been right. I don't even recommend the worst enemy to go to that seemingly welcoming place; maybe just friends .. x

Nonostante ci fossimo ridotti un po’ all’ultimo coi tempi, è riuscito a trovare la soluzione perfetta per noi, riuscendo anche ad accontentare tutte le nostre richieste. Super consigliato. Poca assistenza, non reperibile nemmeno tramite il suo recapito telefonico, molto delusi. Complimenti al signor Christian! Lack of professionalism, relying on him he recommended a village for our age that was really out of place. Little assistance, not even available through his telephone number, very disappointed. Polizza con rimborso promesso in 20 giorni. Sei mesi e stiamo ancora aspettando. As long as it comes to organization, everything is ok. Then when it comes to reimbursements, unreliable partners and unclear answers emerge. Money back policy promised in 20 days. Six months and we are still waiting.
