Non volendo avere più compagnie per comodità, ad un certo punto quando ho detto che avrei chiuso anche un altro contratto e mi sarei rivolto ad altri assicuratori mi è stato risposto con tono di sufficienza e menefreghismo che non c' era problema e chiusa la comunicazione. Li ho accontentati, probabilmente non hanno bisogno dei miei soldi. Addio. La risposta del proprietario riconferma quanto scritto. Nessuno si ricorda dell accaduto e insinuano in modo purerile che io non sia cliente o abbia addirittura sbagliato agenzia. Il mio account per privacy non corrisponde al mio nominativo però posso indicare un numero di pratica che potrebbe dare la sveglia al titolare che si crogiola nella sua galassia di stelle.
