★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome taste. We were a large group and everyone loved their Gelato. True taste in every flavor. Everyone loved it. Snickers was exceptionally good.
Seating was limited, but that's true for every similar shop.
Host was very friendly, too.
EDIT: We were compelled to visit again after having a very bad experience elsewhere. It was more fun this time. I don't normally eat Mango ice cream but this one is an absolute must-try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to laugh when someone tells me fresh ice-cream, how it can be frozen and fresh in the same time. However, when I try ice-cream or gelato I understand understood what they meant. Cremi is one of these gelato shops that make you taste the fresh fruit in the ice-cream. Overall the prices are reasonable, there is English menu and the server understands English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious gelato for a decent price. I honestly expected more bang for my buck, but the flavor was really good and it had chunks of the flavor in it (Oreo and Nutella). I paid 5€ for four smaller scoops, and wish they put more in. Otherwise, I have no complaints!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, INCREDIBLE gelato! We went here on our first night in Rome, and returned two more times (so far). The Oreo gelato is the stuff of dreams, by which I mean that I have literally dreamt about it since having it the first time. Definitely go here if you're debating where to get your gelato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little worried about this place being so close to Piazza Navona because I don't like the tourist traps. But I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was and how good the prices were. I came in the offseason, so I asked if the prices go up in the busy season and the worker said she didn't think so. If that's true, then I would recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have visited Rome, Naples, Venice and Florence and by far this was the favorite gelato we had. First off this is only based off their vegan flavors. The fruit flavors did not taste artificial or too sweet but it tasted just like the fruit. We highly recommend!

But, the staff was not friendly, the ice cream is expensive, tastes artificial and makes you lose your appetite for ice cream.
Good for a diet though, I tossed it. :(
It was not extremely bad, I just didn't feel like eating more after the first bite.
Also, I was missing the little round waffle in my cup.
