Siamo Siciliani e conosciamo la buona cucina , per non parlare del gelato artigianale siciliano. Ma sembra che lì, non sappiano nemmeno lontanamente che gusto abbia un buon gelato. Non solo ci ha fatto perdere tempo ma ci ha anche fatto prendere 2 gelati e 2 bottiglie d’acqua per compensare i soldi spesi. Commessa impacciata e molto impedita. Lavoro disastroso, non ci verrò più. My girlfriend and I wanted 2 crêpes but they weren't made because there was a gnat in the jar. La commessa mi ha risposto con tono tagliente, come se fosse stufa di lavorare e dopo aver acquistato 2 gelati, ho chiesto la cortesia di sciacquare il ciuccio di mio figlio perché mi era caduto e mi ha risposto che aveva troppo lavoro da svolgere. Di fronte alla mia insistenza ha comunque negato la mia richiesta indicandomi il lavoro che doveva svolgere nel retro del bancone (infatti non aveva clienti in attesa) e dicendomi di rivolgermi al bar di fronte. Insomma se avesse sciacquato il ciuccio avrebbe impiegato meno tempo che a giustificarsi. I will no longer shop at this kiosk. Mia moglie ha chiesto un cucchiaino di panna dolce, giusto per farla provare a mio figlio di 1 anno, ed il commesso gli ha rifilato una coppetta minuscola di panna, che non è stata riempita neanche fino al bordo, al prezzo di €1,60 adducendo la motivazione che quella era la quantità più piccola che poteva dargli e che i prezzi erano quelli da listino. Quando sono intervenuto io per fargli notare che, in rapporto a ciò che aveva offerto, aveva fatto pagare un prezzo esagerato, mi è stato risposto che purtroppo anche lui pagava la panna, e che anche lui doveva guadagnarci, esprimendosi anche in un modo infastidito. Scusate, ma facendo le dovute proporzioni, mi chiedo quanto viene a costare, presso questo chiosco, un semplice gelato con panna? Posso solo dire che è la prima volta che ho pagato un prezzo così alto per due cucchiaini di panna, neanche presso rinomate gelaterie-cremerie al centro di famose città italiane, figuriamoci in un chiosco all'interno di un centro commerciale. Sicuramente non mi rivedrete più, neanche per un bicchiere d'acqua (non immagino affatto quanto mi verrebbe a costare) P.S. La panna che ho assaporato era appena dolcificata e di qualità media.
