A rather nosy staff, there was a girl who apparently can hardly manage her own business. It makes the third degree to customers ... With questions out of place!

C	Cami Castilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Siamo arrivati in questo bar con l'aspettativa di prendere un buon gelato e goderci l'atmosfera. Appena entrati, non vedendo i gelati esposti, ci dicono che li conservano di sotto (nemmeno se fossero dei tesori da tenere al sicuro) quindi siamo stati costretti a "prenotarli" basandoci sui cartellini esposti. La qualità dei gelati era davvero pessima, per non parlare dei coni immangiabili probabilmente vecchi. Crema di caffè disgustosa, Cameriera scortese, Prezzi alle stelle se proporzionati alla bassissima qualità dei "prodotti" che il bar offre. L'interno del bar non dà una buona impressione. Non consiglio a nessuno di andarci. Ah, dimenticavo, dopo aver mangiato il gelato, senza dubbio non artigianale, ho avuto la nausea per alcune ore. Sono Delusa e amareggiata, non ci metterò mai più piede. Bad experience. We arrived in this bar with the expectation of having a good ice cream and enjoying the atmosphere. As soon as we entered, not seeing the ice creams on display, they told us that they kept them below (even if they were treasures to be kept safe) so we were forced to "reserve" them based on the displayed tags. The quality of the ice creams was really bad, not to mention the probably old inedible cones. Disgusting coffee cream, rude waitress, skyrocketing prices if proportionate to the very low quality of the "products" that the bar offers. The interior of the bar does not give a good impression. I don't recommend anyone to go there. Ah, I forgot, after eating ice cream, undoubtedly non-artisan, I was nauseous for a few hours. I am disappointed and bitter, I will never set foot again.

Quando abbiamo chiesto lo scontrino ce ne hanno portato uno in cui non stava scritto cosa avevamo preso ma solo il conto finale (conferma che i prezzi li decidono al momento). Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni sul perché il prezzo dello scontrino non rispecchiava il prezzo del menù ,la barista si è arrampicata sugli specchi e ha detto "ah scusate ho sbagliato la matematica"..Insomma come dice il nome questo è proprio un posto color cioccolato! Evitatelo! Horrible experience. The final bill was improvised without even bringing us the receipt. When we asked for the receipt they brought us one in which it was not written what we had taken but only the final bill (confirms that the prices are decided at the moment). When I asked why the price of the receipt did not reflect the price of the menu, the bartender climbed on to the mirrors and said "ah sorry I got the math wrong" .. In short, as the name implies, this is a chocolate place! Avoid it!

A nice bar in a side street of via Scarlatti that allows you to stop at the table too, with prices in line with the Vomero district.

P	Pat Devlin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. I was charged €8 (this isn't St Mark's square!) for a warm aperol spritz, no ice. Not ideal on a 30 degree evening in Naples. I had to ask twice to get the actual bill, and even then it wasn't itemized. I suspect this place isn't really for coffee and ice cream, if you catch my drift.
