★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È vergognoso che solo il credito siciliano non ha aperto a pieno regime in fascia oraria pm come una volta, hanno aperto pure le scuole e siamo il 17 settembre. Non mi venite a parlare di covid.Praticamente se lavori tutte le mattine,non puoi andare in banca di pm, sei fregato.
It is shameful that only Sicilian credit has not opened at full capacity in the pm time slot as it once was, schools have also opened and we are on September 17th. Don't talk to me about covid. Basically if you work every morning, you can't go to the bank at pm, you're screwed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivato alle 12:50 e alle 13:10 la signora dietro il bancone mi dice che non mi fa entrare perché ci sono tre persone e lei deve smontare. Direi di mettere personale più giovane e dinamico e qualche sportello in più, almeno quando c'è gente.
I arrived at 12:50 pm and at 1:10 pm the lady behind the counter tells me she won't let me in because there are three people and she has to get out. I would say to have younger and more dynamic staff and a few more counters, at least when there are people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cartello esposto all'ingresso dice che per avere un'appuntamento con il direttore basta prenotare telefonicamente....peccato che non risponde MAI nessuno. Anche prenotando con l'email non vieni ricontattato e così sei costretto a metterti in fila fuori, sul marciapiede, a litigare per il turno perché c'è solo uno sportello aperto e di conseguenza entra solo una persona alla volta.
Forse bisognerebbe aprire qualche sportello in più?
The sign at the entrance says that to have an appointment with the manager just book by phone .... it's a pity that nobody NEVER answers. Even by booking via email you are not contacted and so you are forced to line up outside, on the sidewalk, to argue for the shift because there is only one door open and consequently only one person enters at a time.
Maybe we should open a few more doors?
