★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, personale poco attento, (dopo due giorni che ho venduto casa, aspetto ancora di avere i miei soldi ) per niente disponibile nello specifico del "signor" Costa della filiale di corso Italia di Catania che addirittura mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia.
Vergogna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quello che mi è successo stamani nella sede di questa banca BNL di Catania in Corso Italia n. 57/A, veramente sconcertante, un cosa inverosimile, dopo avere aspettato il concretizzarsi di un atto di mutuo, preceduto dalla mia vendita di un immobile, ho dovuto aspettare per ben Tre ore il rilascio del mio assegno circolare che avevo richiesto dopo la vendita .Ho aspettato quello che non è arrivato a causa dal dire del direttore per motivi di connessione Internet e stampanti .Alla fine di svariati tentativi di stampaggio e connessione, non riusciti, alle ore 13.00 il direttore mi pregava di recarmi presso un altra sede della BNL sita a Catania nel Corso delle province al n.205 e finalmente dalla ore 09,30 alle 13.30 sono riuscito ad avere nelle mani gli assegni .Non ho parole per giudicare tutto questo accaduto, vi lascio a voi lettori di trarre le conclusioni.

I waited for what didn't arrive due to the director's saying for reasons of Internet connection and printers.At the end of several unsuccessful printing and connection attempts, at 13.00 the director asked me to go to another BNL site. in Catania in Corso delle provinces at n.205 and finally from 09.30 to 13.30 I managed to get the checks in my hands.
