Ho richiesto un bonifico in formato PDF e non era possibile , gentilmente richiedo la password provvisoria per entrare con l'app e non era possibile neanche quella, allora chiedo di parlare con il direttore per chiudere il conto , e la signorina mi risponde che no fa scendere il direttore per così poco , addirittura mi invita a dire che stata lei di chiudere il conto . Delusa dal vostro modo di lavorare
