Alla minaccia di chiudere il conto mi hanno, infine, risposto.

Personale molto scortese, mai un sorriso, sembra che hanno sempre da fare, non ti considerano proprio, ad eccezione di Antonello che è uno di altri tempi, che conosce ancora la parola umanità, e capisce ancora che la banca è anche un posto dove il cliente si deve sentire a suo agio, indifferentemente se il suo conto è 0€ oppure milioni. Non rispondono mai al telefono ed Email.
Bad experience, almost embarrassing. Very rude staff, never a smile, it seems that they always have to do, do not consider you really, except for Antonello who is one of other times, who still knows the word humanity, and still understands that the bank is also a place where the customer should feel comfortable, regardless of whether his account is 0 € or millions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fanno quando gli riesce ordinaria amministrazione,anche se negli ultimi tempi neanche quello.,,non rispondono neanche piu al telefono;diciamo che cercano una clientela selezionata ma almeno si può anche rispondere alle email e non farlo quando ci si ricorda.Il personale è privo di entusiasmo e spunti per il cliente,e ora capisco perchè la filiali di via Po e via Ignazio Giorgi hanno chiuso,e questo è surreale dato che non ho visto altri gruppi bancari nelle zone citate chiudere.Aprite il conto se avete qualche buona conoscenza come nel pessimo stile borbonico altrimenti se non non avete cospicue somme è inutile .Le banche on line danno gli stessi servizi a zero euro quando ci sono le promozioni,e almeno rispondo al telefono
