★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando è cambiata da Cariparma a Credit Agricole è rimasto poco del personale della filiale della precedente gestione. Tutto questo, a mio parere, ha disorientato il Cliente offrendo, tramite il personale subentrato, cordialità, professionalità e prodotti decisamente inferiori. In piena pandemia, fra una Banca online e la loro, l'assistenza allo sportello che viene rilasciata al Cliente è pressoché identica. Il mio conto corrente è migrato in altra Banca.
Since it changed from Cariparma to Credit Agricole, little of the staff of the previous management branch remains. All this, in my opinion, has confused the customer by offering, through the staff, friendliness, professionalism and decidedly inferior products. In full pandemic, between an online bank and theirs, the assistance at the counter that is issued to the customer is almost identical. My current account has migrated to another bank.
