★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono, ho chiuso due conti, il primo della ditta mi hanno fatto aspettare quattro mesi e il secondo personale dopo dieci mesi ho scoperto che era ancora aperto (commissioni e costi fissi sono maturati per tutto il tempo). Cerchi un impiegato che sistematicamente non richiama. Pessimo giudizio, sconsiglio questa filiale.
They never answer the phone, I closed two accounts, the first of the company made me wait four months and the second staff after ten months I discovered that it was still open (commissions and fixed costs have accrued all the time). Look for an employee who systematically does not address. Bad judgment, I do not recommend this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ " UNO SPECCHIETTO PER LE ALLODOLE" Siamo una coppia di coniugi , tutti e due dipendenti pubblici con stipendio sicuro, da 12 anni paghiamo regolarmente il mutuo a Ingdirect senza aver mai chiesto sospensioni di rate o altro, nonostante ciò questa Spett.Banca ci ha rifiutato la surroga del mutuo adducendo la banale scusa che abbiamo una rata macchina addebitata sul conto corrente... Esistono lavoratori dipendenti che arrivano a fine mese con lo stipendio ancora tutto intero sul conto...!?? Forse questa agenzia spera che arrivi Berlusconi a chiedere la surroga del mutuo, sperando di avere abbastanza liquidi a disposizione per poterlo soddisfare. Per fortuna ci sono altre banche che ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte e che ci hanno proposto un ottimo contratto di surroga.

Fortunately, there are other banks that welcomed us with open arms and offered us an excellent subrogation contract.
