In particolare mi riferisco a una ragazza con capelli corti, dal colore bianco/grigio... Sgradevole e tendenziosa... Le giornate storte capitano a tutti e lavorare col pubblico non è facile col cliente che spesso ti fa perdere la pazienza, ma a sto punto sarebbe meglio che vi trovaste un lavoro adatto al vostro carattere e non far pesare la vostra incapacità nel trattare con la gente, al primo che passa e che tra l'altro non ti ha ne trattato con sufficienza (come invece ha fatto lei dal principio) ne tantomeno insultato dopo le risposte pungenti e sarcastiche ricevute... Detto questo non si è certo rifiutata di cambiare la merce (per loro dichiarazione verbale si ha 30gg per cambiare il capo sbagliato/sporco/difettato), ma qui si sta parlando di modi di gestire un semplice cambio... Detto questo, una volta completato il cambio, non entrerò mai più dentro questo negozio e farò di tutto per fare in modo che non ci entri nessun altro che io conosca... La ragazza dai capelli bianchi/ grigi è stata fin troppo paziente con la signora e sopratutto con i figli della signora, un bambino che con il monopattino continuava ininterrottamente ad entrare ed uscire dal negozio urtando anche l espositore per igienizzare le mani, senza che nessuno dicesse nulla e poi per le risatine della bambina più grande che prendeva in giro la commessa in questione. Faccio i miei complimenti di come abbia gestito la situazione con molta calma e rispetto nei confronti di persone che non ne hanno avuto per lei.
