★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente di questa banca da decine di anni e questa mattina ho avuto a che fare, mio malgrado, con il direttore della mia filiale che si è dimostrato indisponibile a risolvere un mio problema usando toni sarcastici ed irrispettosi nei miei riguardi, una signora di 63 anni.
Pertanto nei prossimi giorni provvederemo, io e i miei parenti, a chiudere i rapporti con questo istituto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio padre aveva un conto ed un mutuo in questa banca, al suo decesso hanno cominciato a fare ostruzionismo ad ogni tentativo di avere la documentazione necessaria per la successione ed oggi, a più di 8 mesi dalle prime richieste di rimborso, ancora non sanno rispondere sulle tempistiche.
Aggiungo che, non facendo servizio di cassa, non è possibile né versare né incassare assegni o liquidi.
Un banca da evitare.
