★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, sono stato costretto a chiedere il conto. Personale non qualificato, attesa minima 45 minuti all’ingresso della banca, per malfunzionamento perpetuo delle porte, e personale che non permette l’accesso ai correntisti che conoscono da anni! Filiale da sopprimere!
Bad experience, I was forced to ask for the bill. Unqualified staff, minimum wait 45 minutes at the bank's entrance, due to the perpetual malfunction of the doors, and staff who do not allow access to current account holders who have known for years! Branch to be deleted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo e sconsigliatissimo. Tolto il conto già da tempo per consigli sbagliati su mutuo. Rinviato per ben quattro volte atto notarile per ritardi ingiustificati e mancanza di funzionari (?!?) perchè asseritamente in ferie (?!?). Bonifico immediato ricevuto dopo oltre 24 ore (alla faccia dell'immediatezza). Impossibile contattare la filiale telefonicamente. Assolutamente da evitare.
Bad and highly discouraged. Removed the account for some time for wrong advice on mortgage. Notarial deed postponed four times for unjustified delays and lack of officials (?!?) Because allegedly on vacation (?!?). Immediate transfer received after more than 24 hours (in the face of immediacy). Unable to contact the branch by phone. Absolutely to be avoided.
