- nel 2010 chiesto finanziamento di una certa cifra, me ne hanno finanziato 2/3 senza alcun avviso facendomi andare il conto in rosso alla vigilia di Natale (e ho dovuto protestare per non farmi addebitare gli interessi passivi)
Chiaramente ho aperto un altro C/C appena possibile da un'altra parte...ma essendo "obbligato" a mantenere il mutuo perché fare la portabilità non è mai stato conveniente nella pratica
- nel 2020 ho scritto 3 mail per avere info sulla sospensione delle rate del mutuo essendo in cassa integrazione causa Covid e nessuno si è mai degnato di rispondere (men che meno al telefono chiaramente dove sono sempre, costantemente, inderogabilmente tutti impegnati)
- oggi ho fatto una richiesta (sempre tramite mail ufficiale home banking...perchè al telefono non se ne parla di rispondere) per informazioni per eventuale chiusura della pratica mutuo ipotecario...chissà se riceverò risposta o dovrò prendere 1 gg di ferie, per andare in filiale partendo da Treviso, per chiedere delle semplici e stupide informazioni.
A fantastic experience:
- in 2010 they asked for financing of a certain amount, they financed 2/3 of them without any warning, making my account go red on Christmas Eve (and I had to protest not to be charged the interest payable)
Clearly I opened another C / C as soon as possible somewhere else ... but being "obliged" to keep the mortgage because portability has never been convenient in practice
- in 2020 I wrote 3 emails to get info on the suspension of the mortgage payments being in layoffs due to Covid and no one has ever deigned to answer (least of all on the phone of course where they are always, constantly, without fail all busy)
- today I made a request (always via official home banking email ... because on the phone there is no question of answering) for information for possible closure of the mortgage loan practice ... who knows if I will receive an answer or I will have to take 1 day of vacation, to go to the branch starting from Treviso, to ask for simple and stupid information.
