I only use it for the ATM because there is never what; and I've never understood why ATMs must always be slow and waste my time with advertising that serves no purpose

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per riscuotere un assegno da 70€, sono stato in malo modo indirizzato ad un altra filiale distante 10km da un'impiegata dall'arroganza malcelata, ma dai baffi ben visibili. Per curiosità mi sono fermato ad una filiale intermedia(che dunque non era quella dove sarei stato indirizzato) dove una gentile e disponibile impiegata ha compiuto l'operazione in pochissimo tempo e con estrema professionalità.. Ringrazio quest'ultima(filiale di Rauscedo), ma l'accoglienza riservatami presso la filiale di Spilimbergo la giudicherei a dir poco imbarazzante ..
To cash a check for 70 €, it was badly routed to another branch distance of 10km from an employee undisguised arrogance, but by the very visible mustache. Out of curiosity, I stopped at an intermediate branch (which was therefore not the one where I would have been addressed) where a kind and helpful employee completed the operation in a very short time and with extreme professionalism. I thank the latter (branch of Rauscedo), but I would consider the reception given to me at the Spilimbergo branch as nothing short of embarrassing ..
