★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, Direttore incompetente e inqualificabile, dipendenti oberati di pratiche che non sono in grado di seguire i clienti in maniera corretta. Una banca peggiore di questa non l'ho mai vista. Tra quello che fanno e quello che dicono, sembra di rimbalzare tra barzelletta e frottola. A volte basterebbe incorporare personale qualificato per risollevare la situazione... ma non sembra che sia tra le loro priorità.
Bad service, incompetent and unspeakable manager, employees overburdened with practices that are unable to follow customers properly. I have never seen a worse bank than this. Between what they do and what they say, it seems to bounce between a joke and a lie. Sometimes it would be enough to incorporate qualified personnel to lift the situation ... but it does not seem that it is among their priorities.
