La risposta della segreteria è però sempre la medesima: "al momento non ci è possibile rispondere alla sua chiamata, la preghiamo di riprovare". Pessimo servizio che mi obbligherà a passare di persona in periodo Covid.
I have been trying to contact the Vigevano counter by telephone for 4 hours, naturally during the working day and at the right opening hours.
The answer of the secretariat, however, is always the same: "at the moment it is not possible for us to answer your call, please try again". Bad service that will force me to go through Covid in person.
