Dopo otto tentativi mi ha risposto una signora che mi ha detto avrebbe passato la telefonata al front office e poi è ricaduta la linea. Dopo non hanno più risposto alle mie telefonate
They tell you to book an appointment for cash transactions but then they don't answer the phone to agree on it. After eight attempts, a lady replied that she said she would pass the call to the front office and then the line fell again. After that, they no longer answered my calls
