Il cliente non aveva fondi, ma la legge è chiara se pure l’assegno è scoperto si deve procedere nel caso al protesto del cliente che deve pagare entro 60 giorni. Una BANCARELLA, non una banca, in cui non si fanno scrupoli a violare la legge per un tornaconto personale e/o di alcuni correntisti.
