★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li contattiamo per un mutuo: ci chiedono il classico garante così da rendere tutto più semplice e funzionale.
Forniamo tutta la documentazione confermando i dati forniti in sede di colloquio e poi ci dicono semplicemente no.
"Le regole della banca a settembre sono cambiate", mi dicono al telefono.
Inutile ricordargli che noi ci siamo visti il 15 settembre.
La regola nuova è che il garante deve avere un reddito di 30.000 € per garantire un mutuo di 480 € al mese ad una persona che già aveva un reddito sufficiente, ha solo il difetto del contratto a tempo determinato nello stato da anni.
Non vengono proposte altre soluzioni, non chiedono se è possibile fornire un altro garante (in aggiunta o sostituzione), semplicemente è No.
