★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribile! La banca peggiore di Trieste! Mal organizzata! Si aspettano 2 ore di fila con un solo impiegato allo sportello e poi se arriva l'orario di chiusura ti mandano via perché il computer si blocca! Vergognoso! Non la consiglio a nessuno!
Terrible! The worst bank in Trieste! Badly organized! They wait 2 hours in a row with only one employee at the counter and then if the closing time comes they send you away because the computer freezes! Shameful! I do not recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, nessun rispetto per il cliente. Dopo aver preso appuntamento con Massimo, l’operatore che si occupa dei mutui, lo stesso non si presenta all’appuntamento e, dopo avergli telefonato, risponde in modo maleducato e aggressivo. Sono davvero allibito.
Bad service, no respect for the customer. After making an appointment with Massimo, the operator who deals with mortgages, the same does not show up for the appointment and, after calling him, responds in a rude and aggressive way. I am truly appalled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banca fantastica!! Poche o nessuna commissione bancarie! Consigliata se sei autonomo e sai usare la banca online! Mai ho sentito un "NO", dal primo giorno ho ricevuto soluzioni e non problemi.
Assolutamente da consigliare!!
Fantastic bank !! Few or no banking fees! Recommended if you are self-employed and can use the bank online! I never heard a "NO", from the first day I received solutions and not problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi praticamente sotto ogni punto di vista. Fila perenne, mai più di uno sportello aperto, personale spesso sgarbato e terminale che funziona una volta su quindici. Una semplice azione come il pagamento di una bolletta diventa spesso impossibile da portare a termine e fonte di grande frustrazione.
Bad in almost every respect. Perennial row, never more than an open door, often rude and terminal staff that works once in fifteen. A simple action such as paying a bill often becomes impossible to complete and a source of great frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hera dichiara sui bollettini che la Credem è convenzionata per il pagamento degli stessi senza commissioni. In data 2 maggio 2022 mi reco in sede, aspetto...una Signora (impiegata? Funzionario? Direttore?) mi dice che il servizio di cassa non c'è. Chiedo perché, mi risponde che non c'è l'addetto alla cassa. Domando quando ci sarà e mi risponde quando torna dalle ferie tra due settimane.
